## Title: Territory Sales Agent – Mombasa/Nyanza/Rift Valley

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Territory Sales Agent to support sales activities and product rollout within the assigned region. This is a field-based role focused on building market presence, supporting product usage, and maintaining strong working relationships across the territory. The ideal candidate understands the local market, works independently, and demonstrates consistent follow-through on commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field-based sales and business development activities within the assigned region
  • Support product rollout and day-to-day product usage in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agents, and customers
  • Deliver against agreed sales and activation targets
  • Share market insights, including customer feedback and competitor activity
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and follow-through
  • Maintain basic sales records and provide regular activity updates
  • Represent the company professionally in all external engagements
  • Participate in local activations, partner meetings, and industry events as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in field sales, relationship management, or similar roles
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, telco, FMCG, or agency-based sales (advantageous)
  • Good understanding of the local market and business environment
  • Self-driven and reliable, with comfort working independently in the field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy; prior CRM exposure is a plus but not mandatory
