## Title: Telesales Agent – Outbound Sales (U.S. & Canada)
Role Summary
We are seeking motivated Telesales Agents to drive outbound campaigns targeting prospects in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will engage prospects, present software value propositions (highlighting 20-30% invoice savings), and convert subscriptions for invoice optimization software.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. and Canada prospects
- Present and explain software benefits clearly and compellingly
- Guide prospects through onboarding and invoice upload processes
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline effectively
- Conduct professional follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle
Working Hours
You must be available to work U.S. Eastern or Pacific Time shifts. Flexible scheduling may be required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or BPO
- Experience with U.S./international campaigns (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Adversus, HubSpot, Zoho)
- SaaS or subscription sales experience (advantageous)
- Willingness to work on a commission-based structure

- Excellent English communication with neutral or near-neutral accent
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Resilience, confidence, and professionalism in handling rejection
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to work
