Technician - Home Appliances at Hilalium & Sons (Ur Home ) Ltd

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Home Appliances Technician to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of electronic products and home appliances, while providing excellent after-sales support to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair electronics and home appliances
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs completed and spare parts used daily
• Assist sales personnel with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Train and support sales personnel on the functionality and proper usage of electronics and home appliances
• Perform other duties related to after-sales services for all electronic products

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Craft, Artisan, or Diploma qualification in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputable institution
• At least 1 year of experience in a busy electronics workshop or company dealing with electronics and home appliances (such as refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, gas cookers, pressure cookers, rice cookers, blenders, TVs, fans, dispensers, and woofers)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work anywhere in the country
• Available to start immediately
