Store Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Core Responsibilities: - Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders. - Maintain accurate stock records across raw materials, consumables, and spares. - Support variance analysis and corrective actions. - Prepare and maintain GRNs, issue notes, transfer notes, and return records. - Update all movements promptly in the ERP system. - Keep the store well organized, clearly labeled, and easy to navigate. - Follow safety and material handling standards at all times. - Work closely with procurement, production, sales and mainatainance teams. - Support smooth material flow without delays or last minute firefighting. - Assist during internal and external audits. - Maintain transparency, accuracy, and control at all times. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations. - Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Store Management. - Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
