We are a Christian school in the education sector seeking a qualified Special Needs Teacher. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive, safe, and spiritually enriching environment that fosters the holistic development of each child.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the learning environment to support high learner performance
• Ensure efficient resource management
• Promote occupational health and child safety standards
• Provide valuable training sessions that enable students to excel
• Foster effective communication with learners and parents/guardians
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and School Curriculum requirements
• Maintain effective records management of learner profiles
• Manage and maintain high standards of learner discipline
• Ensure timely submission of learner reports including rubrics, portfolios, anecdotal records, and assessments

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant teaching experience as a Special Needs Teacher or equivalent position in a reputable organization
• Degree or Diploma in Special Needs
• Valid TSC Number
• Proficiency in Computer Applications
