## Title: Social Media Marketing Manager – Spa/Wellness

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager who is a creative storyteller and visionary. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in content creation, marketing strategies, editing, and customer relations. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, creating engaging content, and fostering a vibrant and engaged community. This role reports directly to the Managing Director, offering mentorship and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand values and business goals
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, posters, captions) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Curate content that resonates with our clientele and reflects the luxurious essence of the brand
  • Foster and manage an active online community, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and facilitating meaningful conversations
  • Collaborate with the spa team to highlight services, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Act as a liaison between prospects, clients, and the administrative department to ensure seamless communication
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms
  • Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all content
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights to the Managing Director

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, and community management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Exceptional storytelling skills
