Sourcing Supervisor (Brokers)

About the Role

This is a critical position that strengthens broker relationships, ensures consistent coconut quality, achieves sourcing targets, and maintains cost efficiency across the supply chain. You will work closely with the Agriculture Services Manager to implement sourcing procedures, controls, and performance tracking aligned with operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate brokers to ensure maturity, seasoning, accurate grading, and fair pricing
• Monitor daily sourcing activities against quality standards and targets
• Train brokers and maintain strong, sustainable working relationships
• Manage sourcing documentation, reporting, and KPI-aligned insights
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize collection plans and control costs
• Leverage data and market insights to support informed sourcing decisions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Procurement
• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Assistant or Procurement Assistant for at least 2 years
• Valid motorbike license
• Intermediate practical knowledge of computer applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with mobile-based data collection applications (preferred)
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
• Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
