Software Development Trainer at Modcom Limited

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Development Trainer with creativity and innovation who has a genuine passion for imparting technical concepts to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training according to the established training plan
• Research and design training materials in accordance with the course outline, in collaboration with the Training Head
• Prepare a comprehensive teaching plan with the Training Head
• Provide technical support for research and development initiatives and implementation of new technologies
• Ensure course materials remain current and up to date
• Develop testing and evaluation procedures
• Support classroom culture and build strong relationships with students
• Prepare exam content and evaluate student answer sheets
• Maintain daily attendance records
• Maintain proper class discipline and decorum
• Stay informed on state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems; participate in professional and personal development activities as appropriate
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a software development-related field
• 1+ year of professional coding experience in languages such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap Framework, Python, or SQL Databases
• Android Apps Development experience in Java or Kotlin
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Data Science, and Machine Learning (using Python and SQL)
