Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company's Meta and TikTok pages
• Create compelling visual and written content tailored to the construction and real estate audience
• Write and distribute engaging company newsletters
• Monitor digital trends and analyze audience engagement metrics
• Support planning and execution of paid social media campaigns
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and leadership teams to maintain consistent messaging
• Track content performance and produce actionable reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts
• Strong writing skills, particularly for newsletters and digital content
• Strong grasp of digital trends, content strategy, and analytics
• Familiarity with social media advertising and engagement techniques
