About the Role

Our client, a small minimart shop based at Kasarani, is seeking a vibrant and customer-centric Shop Attendant to join their retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise the shop and maintain attractive product displays
• Sell and promote products to customers
• Assist customers during their shopping experience
• Order stock and price and shelve incoming goods
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and priced correctly to drive sales
• Maintain customer records and conduct occasional follow-ups

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management
• KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C
• At least 1 year of work experience
