## Title: Senior Supply Chain Management Officer III

Kibabii University College invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Supply Chain Management Officer III.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Either a Master's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Contract Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with three (3) years relevant work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in any of the above disciplines from a recognized institution
Professional Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of service in the grade of Supply Chain Management Officer I (Grade 10) or in a comparable position
Professional Membership: Active membership with the Institute of Purchasing and Supplies or any other recognized professional body
Computer Proficiency: Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
Performance: Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Preparation of tender documents
Provision of secretariat services to tender opening and technical evaluation committees
Preparation of periodic procurement reports
Participation in technical and financial evaluation of tenders
Provision of secretariat services to procurement committees
Handling queries from internal and external customers
Implementation of Procurement Manual provisions
Ensuring safe custody of stores
Conducting market research and surveys of goods and services
Providing input in preparing specifications
Processing disposal of unserviceable, obsolete, and surplus stores and equipment
Issuing of stores and materials
