Job specifications For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have: - - Cumulative service period of nine (9) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Supply Chain Management Assistant I or its equivalent. - Diploma in Procurement or Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. - Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply; - Proficiency in computer applications; and - Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
