Senior Procurement Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities - Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies for various departments. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value productsinclude cartons ,Homopolymer , woven bags , PE bags , PE Breathable film. - Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts - Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships - Ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation - Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies and ethical standards - Coordinate with finance, stores, and user departments Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 2–3 years relevant procurement experience - Membership with CIPS or KISM will be an added advantage - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Good analytical and organizational abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) High level of integrity and professionalism
