Senior Interior Designer

ROLE OVERVIEW - Lead luxury interior design projects from concept to completion, translating client vision into functional and buildable spaces while working closely with architects, engineers, site teams, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead interior design projects from concept to final execution - Develop mood boards, layouts, 3D - visuals, and detailed interior drawings - Specify finishes, fittings, lighting, furniture, and materials - Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors - Review shop drawings and approve material samples - Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity is maintained - Manage timelines, deliverables, and junior design staff - Ensure designs meet budget, quality, and client expectations Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE - Degree in Interior Design or a related field - 5-8 years experience in high-end or large scale projects - Membership or eligibility for membership with a recognized professional body is an added advantage Skills: & COMPETENCIES - Excellent space planning and detailing skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar - Strong understanding of construction detaling and materials - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects, under tight timelines
