To be considered for appointment to this grade, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Cumulative service period of six (6) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of three (3) years at the grade of Engineer (Roads) or in a comparable position
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Professional qualification and active membership with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK)
• Valid Annual Practicing License from the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK)
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
