## Title: Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced legal professional to join as a Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution.

LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university
Valid current practicing certificate
At least five (5) years of relevant post-admission experience in a reputable law firm

Proven ability to manage client matters independently, including supervision of junior lawyers
Demonstrated experience handling and managing complex civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters
In-depth understanding of court procedures, case strategy development, and evidence management
Strong advocacy experience before superior courts and tribunals
Ability to manage client portfolios, develop litigation strategies, and lead case teams effectively

Excellent legal drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with internal firm partners, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
Passionate and enthusiastic about law and its developments
Reputation for the highest ethical standards and integrity
