About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented legal professionals to join their dispute resolution practice. In this role, you will manage complex matters independently while supervising junior lawyers and leading case teams.

Required Qualifications

• LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university
• Valid current practicing certificate
• At least five (5) years of relevant post-admission experience in a reputable law firm

Essential Experience

• Proven ability to manage client matters independently and supervise junior lawyers
• Demonstrated experience handling complex civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation
• Experience with arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters
• In-depth understanding of court procedures, case strategy development, and evidence management
• Strong advocacy experience before superior courts and tribunals
• Ability to manage client portfolios and lead case teams effectively
