About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you'll oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions from managing the general ledger and leading month-end and year-end closings, to preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring alignment with accounting standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Beyond the numbers, you'll play a strategic role in building systems that strengthen internal controls, streamline reporting, and foster a culture of financial transparency. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior accounting staff, helping grow a high-performing finance team grounded in accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements in alignment with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (BCom)
• CPA (K) qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally within property management or the service industry
• Proficiency in SAGE or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
