Senior Accountant at Talent Grid Africa

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - As a Senior Accountant, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions from managing the general ledger and leading month-end/year-end closings, to preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring alignment with accounting standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. - Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a strategic role in building systems that strengthen internal controls, streamline reporting, and foster a culture of financial transparency. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior accounting staff, helping grow a high-performing finance team grounded in accountability and excellence.
