Senior Accountant at Lorenzo Drycleaners

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
• Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Ensure statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, NHIF, etc.) and maintain audit readiness
• Supervise junior accounting staff
• Drive process improvement and cost optimization across the multi-branch operation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA-K or ACCA qualification
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Experience in FMCG, retail chains, logistics, or multi-branch operations is preferred
• Strong proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
