About the Role
The Senior Account Associate ensures client satisfaction is maintained by strategically planning and providing day-to-day implementation and management of client projects. This entry-level leadership position requires a self-driven, strategic thinker who is energetic, creative, and insightful. You will work closely with client contacts and agency team members to identify communications requirements and recommend, plan, budget, and implement appropriate solutions.
You will collaborate across teams to deliver services in public relations, advertising, and digital solutions for client projects and assignments. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic and passionate about the marketing, advertising, and communications industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day implementation and execution of client projects
- Identify client communications requirements and recommend strategic solutions
- Plan, budget, and implement client projects in collaboration with agency teams
- Develop and manage accurate budgets and revenue targets
- Develop communication strategies, execution plans, and editorial content
- Create digital strategies and content plans
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality standards and client deliverables are achieved
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting client deadlines through effective prioritization
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of full-time experience in public relations, account management, or client service
- Minimum 3 years of agency experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Communication, Marketing, or similar field from a recognized institution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong skills in research and analysis
- Experience developing communication strategies and execution plans
