Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution
• Valid TSC registration and compliance with TSC professional standards
• 5–7 years' teaching experience in a secondary school
• At least 3 years in a leadership role (HOD, Senior Teacher, Deputy, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of CBC and current education policies
• Proficiency in ICT for administrative and instructional purposes

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Leadership, or related field
