Sales/Customer Service Interns

About the Role

Hotpoint Appliances Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Customer Service Interns to support our Sales teams across multiple channels including Retail Sales and Corporate Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support day-to-day sales activities across assigned sales channels
• Assist with sales documentation and invoicing processes
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
• Work collaboratively with sales and customer service teams to achieve service and sales objectives

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
