We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Social Media Promoter to promote and sell our client's range of organic luxury beauty products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, along with a passion for beauty and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product sales through in-store, online, and social media platforms
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok and Instagram Reels to promote products and increase brand visibility
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional ideas
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends
• Track and report sales performance and customer feedback
• Represent the brand professionally in all customer and online interactions

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, beauty retail, or digital marketing
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels creation
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and organic products
• Self-driven, confident, and creative with an eye for aesthetics
• Ability to meet targets and work both independently and as part of a team
