## Title: Sales Representative

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in sales within the hardware retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities in hardware shops and maintain a strong customer base within the assigned territory
  • Present and list products in hardware shops
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Share market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, product launches, and successful promotional campaigns

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 years of successful sales experience in trade with proven work experience
  • Experience handling hardware shops and dealers (preferred)
  • Basic degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM software
