About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to join us as Sales Representatives in our Islamic Banking division. This position is responsible for the acquisition and sustainable growth of bank business through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell retail bank products and services to ensure sustainable business growth
• Actively participate in sales activities organized by the bank to acquire new business
• Provide excellent customer experience across all customer interaction channels
• Gather customer feedback on bank products and services to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare and share daily business acquisition reports
• Continuously develop knowledge of the bank's offerings and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Mean Grade of C (plain) from secondary education
• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Confident, self-driven professional with demonstrated integrity
• Ability to drive change and innovate with a strong desire to excel
