Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services to potential and existing customers. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets to support organizational growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction sector, including contractors, developers, and architects
  • Promote and demonstrate company products or services such as building materials, construction solutions, or machinery
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and construction project developments
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports to management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to implement effective sales strategies
