## Title: Sales Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead their sales team, streamline operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in sales management, operations coordination, and customer relationship management. This role requires someone who can motivate teams, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless execution across multiple business units.

Sales Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage, mentor, and supervise the entire sales team
  • Drive sales growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up, pipeline management, and conversion across all projects
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews for the sales team
  • Oversee pricing structures, discounts, and promotional sales policies
  • Monitor performance using the ERP system and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare sales forecasts and periodic performance updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Support the sales team in negotiations, pitch meetings, and closing deals
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through follow-up, issue resolution, and upselling
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales operational plans for both business units

Operations Management Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Administration
  • Oversee the preparation of offer letters, sale agreements, receipts, and customer documentation
  • Manage CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and reporting processes
  • Coordinate site visits, client logistics, and customer experience
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Enhance employee productivity and build a culture of high performance
  • Analyze internal operations and recommend process improvements
  • Implement business strategies aligned with organizational objectives
