Key Responsibilities: - Gain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and established sales and marketing methodologies. - Actively market and sell flexo printing plates to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and proactive engagement. - Manage the timely collection of receivables in accordance with set financial targets. - Execute the full sales process effectively while leveraging interpersonal skills to develop strong client relationships. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by utilizing CRM software with high proficiency. Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing. - Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in sales and marketing. - Demonstrate an understanding of graphics on packaging materials (added advantage). - Exhibit proven integrity, self-drive, and a results-oriented mindset.
