## Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, marketing initiatives, and customer success. You will work across multiple sectors while managing the complete sales lifecycle and contributing to marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients across hospitality, retail, events, and entertainment sectors
  • Deliver strong product presentations and demos to business owners and managers
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
  • Conduct field visits, in-person demos, and online presentations
  • Maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Assist in creating and posting marketing content across social media, WhatsApp, and email channels
  • Participate in marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Business Developer to generate steady inbound leads
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and market opportunities

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Onboard new clients and train them on product usage
  • Ensure smooth activation by coordinating with the internal technical team
  • Follow up to ensure successful usage and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (hospitality, tech, or retail preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality with comfort meeting business owners
  • Basic technical understanding (training provided on our platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet targets
  • Experience selling software, digital products, or B2B solutions is an advantage
