Job description

A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. - As we scale, we are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive revenue growth, own the sales strategy, and build strong relationships across the solar value chain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute Keru Solar’s sales strategy for solar products and solutions. - Drive sales of hybrid inverters, lithium-ion batteries, and C&I energy solutions. - Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of installers, EPCs, and commercial clients. - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers. - Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals. - Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management. - Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. - Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer success. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience selling solar products and/or solar energy solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the renewable energy sector. - Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and C&I solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Renewable Energy, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. - Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment. - Strong proposal writing and CRM reporting skills.
