Sales Intern - Thika at Jubilee Insurance

About the Role

Jubilee Insurance is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented individuals to join as Sales Interns. In this role, you will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company, playing a key part in our sales and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods
• Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
• Solicit and procure business on behalf of the company
• Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the company
• Uphold the image and brand of the company
• Achieve new business sales budgets in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business
• Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
• Comply with industry code of conduct and all company regulations, as well as relevant laws and regulations governing insurance activities in Kenya

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate holder
• Minimum Grade C- in KCSE
• IT and digital skills
