Sales Intern - Kisumu at Jubilee Insurance

About the Role

Join our dynamic sales team at Jubilee Insurance in Kisumu. As a Sales Intern, you will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company. This role offers hands-on experience in insurance sales and customer service within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods
• Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
• Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company
• Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the Company
• Uphold the image and brand of the Company
• Achieve new business sales budgets in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and premiums written (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business
• Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
• Comply with industry code of conduct, Company regulations, and all relevant laws and regulations governing the insurance trade

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate Holder
• Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE
• IT and Digital skills
• Self-driven, positive attitude, disciplined, and proactive approach
