Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive sales of manned guarding and electronic security solutions across assigned markets
- Execute structured lead-generation initiatives including cold calls, networking, referrals, and sector-specific outreach
- Conduct competitor mapping and provide insights for strategic market positioning
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly business targets
- Engage clients to understand their operational risks, security gaps, and service expectations
- Recommend tailor-made security solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices
- Prepare well-structured proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers and senior executives
- Establish lasting client relationships founded on transparency, trust, and consistent service delivery
- Provide continuous client support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure timely onboarding, contract execution, and service activation
- Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline progress using company tools
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales updates to management
- Actively contribute to strategic discussions by sharing market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- BCom (Sales & Marketing option), Diploma in Sales & Marketing, CIM, KIM, or related professional qualification
