Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our renewable energy portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new sales opportunities for battery energy storage solutions. - Promote BESS products to businesses, institutions, and residential clients. - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities in renewable energy. - Coordinate with technical teams during project implementation. Requirements: & Qualifications - Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 2–3 years sales experience (energy, solar, electrical, or technical products preferred). - Good understanding of solar systems or battery storage solutions is an added advantage. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Self-motivated with proven ability to meet sales targets. - Valid driving license is an added advantage.
