## Title: Sales Executive - Travel & Holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Sales Executive to join our team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for engaging customers, presenting holiday packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, engage, and follow up with new and existing customer enquiries
  • Confidently present holiday packages and guide customers through the booking process
  • Build strong rapport to understand and meet customer needs
  • Proactively manage leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Stay knowledgeable on destinations, travel trends, and current offers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Requirements

  • Highly confident in speaking to customers over the phone and online
  • Previous sales experience (travel or service industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Genuine passion for travel and helping people plan dream holidays
