An established company is recruiting for the following position. Purpose of the Role: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and maintaining commercial and / or residential clients, focus decided by HoD. Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales with high performance
  • Previous experience in solution selling of complex products or services (as . Example segments include facility management, security, and IT.
Skills:
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the waste management and recycling industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Proficiency: Proven experience in B2B sales, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals. Experience in waste management or related industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: 
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling industry.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
  • Generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Consultations and Presentations:
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their waste management needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotes to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and/or residential clients (focus decided by HoD), ensuring favorable terms for both parties.    
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing contracts.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
