About the Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate who can drive sales development and support our expansion objectives. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and leading our sales initiatives forward.
What We're Looking For
You should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:
- 10+ years of experience in food retail
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop original ideas for products, promotions, and new business opportunities
- Strong ability to identify market developments and adjust strategies accordingly
- Proven experience managing teams to achieve peak performance
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on
- Passion and affinity for bread and baking

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and business development avenues
- Lead and manage a sales team to optimize performance
- Create and oversee product promotions and marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies as needed
