About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Thika office. You will actively engage with potential clients, present and promote logbook loan products, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer needs assessments to understand client requirements
• Present and promote logbook loan products to prospective clients
• Close sales and meet revenue targets
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proven expertise in sales with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector
• Training in sales techniques
• Basic understanding of microfinance products, specifically loan services
