About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our expanding team in Mombasa. In this role, you will welcome retail customers—both in-store and via telephone—provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and guide customers through our product offerings to support their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional interactions, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly
• Assist customers in understanding company products and making informed purchasing decisions
• Support store operations including cash handling, visual merchandising, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to sales growth by collaborating with team members on sales strategies and customer engagement techniques
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of automotive products and accessories, including features, specifications, compatibility, and installation procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related business field
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to outstanding service
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
