Risk and Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to partner with management in providing continual risk assessment and developing comprehensive policies, procedures, and compliance training. This role involves conducting internal investigations, planning and implementing risk management strategies and processes across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop risk maps, registers, and perform stress tests to identify and quantify threats
• Provide high-level perspective on risk appetite, helping balance growth opportunities with strategic considerations, and advise on strategic initiatives
• Design and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, policies, and controls
• Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and report to management and the board on the organization's risk profile
• Analyze changes to regulations and provide support to business units on implementation
• Compile and present reports detailing findings, implications, and recommendations for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Professional qualification in one of the following: ICIFA, CISA, CISI, CISM, or CRCMP
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in audit-related functions at middle to senior level
