Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers - Upperhill at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products across multiple branches including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote life insurance and related financial products
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify client needs and market opportunities
• Provide reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare sales reports and documentation
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification preferred
