Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time, on-site position as a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. This role is available across multiple branches including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional engagement
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends
• Provide reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or insurance/marketing certification
• Sales and marketing skills with a strong ability to close sales and meet set targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or insurance
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated approach to achieving objectives
