Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. This is a full-time on-site position based at one of our branches across Kenya, including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance objectives
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs
• Provide reliable and tailored advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare reports and documentation related to sales activities and client interactions
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance overall service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification is preferred

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
