Position Overview

You will be based at one of our multiple branches across Kenya, including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Role Description

As a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving sales targets
• Conducting market research
• Providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Handling customer queries and concerns
• Collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or insurance/marketing certification
• Proven sales and marketing skills with a strong ability to close sales and meet targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills to build trust and maintain strong client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and recommend tailored solutions
• Strong time management and goal-setting abilities
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or insurance
