Role Description

CIC Insurance is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers for multiple branches across Kenya, including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, conduct market research, and provide reliable advice on suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Service existing clients and build lasting customer relationships
• Promote life insurance and related financial products to meet sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and client needs
• Provide tailored insurance solutions and advice to clients
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client documentation
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred)
• Insurance or marketing certification
• Proven sales and marketing skills with a strong ability to close sales and meet targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity for market research
• Strong time management and goal-setting skills
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Experience in sales or insurance is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
