Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving sales targets and business objectives
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Providing reliable and tailored advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Preparing sales reports and documentation
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Insurance or marketing certification, diploma, or degree
• Strong sales and marketing skills, including ability to close sales and meet targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct market research
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Minimum of Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Experience in sales or insurance is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
