Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. You will be based at one of our branches including: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, or Wote.

In this role, you will identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Your daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance/marketing certification is required

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
