Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches in Kenya, including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

The role involves identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, handling customer queries, and collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Insurance/Marketing certification preferred)
• Proven sales and marketing skills with a strong ability to close sales and meet targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Strong professional ethics in all business dealings
• Experience in sales or insurance (advantageous)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
