This is a fast paced, hand-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to lead a team with confidence & exceptional customer care. - Oversee daily floor operations & staff - Ensure top-notch customer service - Support training & development of team members - Maintain high standards of cleanliness & compliance - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday seasons - Record keeping (Plan shift schedules, off days & leave) for the team - Fluent in English & Kiswahili. - Other languages an added advantage.
